Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The owner or exclusive licensee of the copyright in the copyright material, or an agent of the owner or licensee, may give a notice of claimed infringement in relation to the copyright material to a designated representative of the service provider.
(2) The notice of claimed infringement must be in accordance with the form set out in Part 3 of Schedule 2.
