Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsFor the purposes of paragraph ( b) of the definition of appropriately qualified in subsection 23WA(1) of the Act, a person mentioned in column 2 of an item in the following table is qualified to carry out a forensic procedure mentioned in column 1 of the item .
