CUSTOMS TARIFF REGULATIONS 2004 - REG 3

    In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Customs Tariff Act 1995 .

"Schedule 6A item" means an item in the table in Schedule   6A to the Act.

"Schedule 8B item" means an item in the table in Schedule   8B to the Act.

"Schedule 10A item" means an item in the table in Schedule   10A to the Act.

"Schedule 14 item" means an item in the table in Schedule   14 to the Act.
