DESIGNS REGULATIONS 2004 - REG 11.08

Failure to pay--fee for appearing at a hearing

    If the fee mentioned in paragraph   (a) in column 3 of item   12 in Schedule   4 is not paid when it is payable, a person cannot appear at the hearing.
