EXTRADITION (COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES) REGULATIONS 2010 - REG 4

    In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Extradition Act 1988 .

"Commonwealth country" means a country, colony, territory or protectorate declared to be an extradition country under regulation   5.
