Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) If the parties agree that, because of short service or other special circumstances, it is not appropriate to proceed on the first court date fixed, the parties may ask a Registrar in writing to adjourn the first court date to another date.
(2) The Registrar may adjourn the first court date to the date requested by the parties or to another date that is practicable.
