1 Application of this Schedule
This Schedule, as substituted by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Family Law) Amendment (Costs) Rules 2022 , applies to work done or services performed on or after 1 January 2023.
2 Scale of costs in family law and child support matters
The following table sets out the scale of costs in family law and child support matters.
