Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsSubject to the Corporations Act, the Corporations Regulations, these Rules, and any order of the Court, the powers and duties conferred or imposed on the Court by Part 5.4B of the Corporations Act in respect of the matters mentioned in subsection 488(1) of the Act may be exercised or performed by a liquidator appointed by the Court as an officer of the Court and subject to the control of the Court.
