FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 - RULE 10.06
Service in a proceeding brought against a person in the person's business name
A document that is to be served personally in a proceeding
brought against a person in the person's business name must be served at a
place where the business is carried on by leaving the document with:
(a) the person; or
(b) another person who:
(i) is apparently an adult; and
(ii) appears to be engaged in the service of the business.
