Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Rules 10.70 to 10.72 apply to civil proceedings for which
an initiating process has been forwarded following a
request for service abroad to the Central Authority (or to an
additional authority) for a Convention country.
