Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A party may apply to the Court for an order that another party produce to the Court a document in the party's control relating to an issue in the proceeding.
(2) The Court may inspect a document to decide the validity of an objection to production, including a claim that the document is privileged from production.
