FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 - RULE 28.34

Termination of ADR process

    If the person conducting the ADR process considers that the ADR process should not continue, the person must, subject to any order of the Court:

  (a)   terminate the ADR process; and

  (b)   report to the Court on the outcome of the ADR process.
