Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A party who wants to apply for an order that evidence be taken, or submissions be made, by audio link or audiovisual link, from New Zealand must file an interlocutory application, in accordance with Form 102.
(2) Subrule (1) does not apply to a request mentioned in subparagraph 34.68(3)(b)(ii).
