FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 - RULE 35.13

    The application must be filed:

  (a)   within 14 days after the date on which the judgment was pronounced or the order was made; or

  (b)   on or before a date fixed for that purpose by the Court from which leave to appeal is sought.
