Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An application under subsection 309(2) of the Bankruptcy Act for substituted service of a bankruptcy notice must be accompanied by an affidavit stating the grounds in support of the application.
(2) A copy of the bankruptcy notice must be attached to the affidavit.
