Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsIf the Secretary decides to suspend a person's accreditation, the Secretary must give the person written notice of the suspension stating:
(a) the reasons for, and the effect of, the suspension; and
(b) the date when the suspension takes effect; and
(c) either:
(i) the date when the suspension ends; or
(ii) what the person must do, or the event that must occur, to end the suspension; and
(d) the person's review rights under regulation 24.
