FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 10

  (1)   In this section:

"leviable ESF fishing permit" means a fishing permit that is:

  (a)   granted under the Management Act for the Eastern Skipjack Fishery; and

  (b)   in force at any time during the period starting on the new levy day and ending on the next following 30   June.

  (2)   The amount of levy in respect of a leviable ESF fishing permit is $1,308.19.
