Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) In this section:
"leviable BSCZSF SFR" means a commercial scallop quota SFR that is:
(a) granted under the Management Act for the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery; and
(b) in force at any time during the period starting on the new levy day and ending on the next following 30 June.
(2) The amount of levy in respect of a leviable BSCZSF SFR is $1.0985.
