FISHERIES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 97

    For the purposes of subclause   54(1) of Schedule   1A to the Act, AF MA may authorise the following a gencies to disclose identifying information under that subclause:

  (a)   the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade;

  (b)   the Department administered by the Minister administering Part   XII of the Customs Act 1901 .
