FUEL QUALITY STANDARDS REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 21

    For the purposes of paragraph   39(2)(a) of the Act, an identity card must include the following:

  (a)   the name and title of the person to whom it is issued;

  (b)   a statement that the person is an inspector under the Act;

  (c)   the name, title and signature of the person who issued it;

  (d)   a serial number;

  (e)   the date when it was issued.
