Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies in relation to a person who, immediately before the commencement day, was a member of the Committee.
(2) Despite the repeal of Part 3 of the old regulations, that Part, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply in relation to the member as if the repeal had not happened.
