FAIR WORK REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 1.03

    In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Fair Work Act 2009 .

"folio" means 72 words.

Note:   Schedule   3.1 sets out certain charges that may be incurred per folio. There are generally 3 folios to a page.

"high performance sport" : see subregulation   2.15(4).

"performance support professional" : see subregulation   2.15(2).

"philanthropic entity" means an entity registered under the Australian Charities and Not - for - profits Commission Act 2012 as the type of entity mentioned in column 1 of item   1 of the table in subsection   25 - 5(5) of that Act.

"quarter" means a period of 3 months beginning on 1   January, 1   April, 1   July or 1   October in a year.

"WHS entry permit" has the same meaning as in the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 .
