Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsFor the purposes of paragraph 536PR(4)(b) of the Act, the following are prescribed to be laws to which subparagraph (2)(a)(ii) of that section applies:
(a) the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012 (WA);
(b) the Traffic Act 1987 (NT).
Note: A road transport contractual chain order must not include terms about any matters relating to road transport that are comprehensively dealt with by these laws: see subparagraph 536PR(2)(a)(ii) of the Act.
