Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 39C of the Act, the amount of the standard tourist program charge that is payable for a tour that takes 3 hours or less on a day in a charge year is the part day amount for the year.
(2) The part day amount for a charge year is half the full day amount for the charge year.
