Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A determination that is in force under regulation 137 of the old regulations immediately before the commencement of this section is taken, after that commencement, to be in force under section 212 of this instrument.
(2) A determination that is made under regulation 137 of the old regulations after the commencement of this section (as that regulation continues in force under subsection 257(1) of this instrument) is taken, after it is made, to be in force under section 212 of this instrument.
