HIGH COURT RULES 2004 - RULE 13.02

13.02.1     The application must be in Form 21.

13.02.2     The application must:

  (a)   be accompanied by an affidavit in support of the application; and

  (b)   be served, together with the affidavit:

  (i)   within 3 days after the application is filed; or

  (ii)   within such other period ordered by the Court or a Justice.
