HIGH COURT RULES 2004 - RULE 54.01

    Taxation of costs is commenced by the party whose costs are to be taxed:

  (a)   filing the bill of costs to be taxed; and

  (b)   within 7 days after filing the bill, serving the bill on the party liable to pay the costs.
