Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations If security is not given in accordance with an order that it be
given, the Court or a Justice may, on the application of the party having the
benefit of the order, direct that the proceeding be dismissed and enter
judgment accordingly.
