Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations8.03.1 A judgment or order, whether of the Full Court or of a Justice, shall be prepared by or under the direction of a Registrar.
8.03.2 A Registrar may require any party to prepare one or more drafts of any judgment or order and to prepare a final copy of the order for filing and sealing.
