Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The amendments of these Regulations made by the Customs and Other Legislation Amendment (Australian Border Force) Regulation 2015 do not affect the validity of any thing done by an authorised person under these Regulations before 1 July 2015.
(2) An authorisation in force under paragraph ( b) of the definition of authorised person in subregulation 2(1) immediately before 1 July 2015 continues in force on and after that day as if it were an authorisation by the Minister administering Part XII of the Customs Act 1901 .
