Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A prescribed function of the Chief Executive edicare is to perform functions delegated to the Chief Executive Medicare under:
(a) a law of the Commonwealth; or
(b) a law of a State or Territory.
(2) Paragraph ( 1)(b) applies only if the Chief Executive
Medicare is permitted by sections 8AD and 8AE of the Act to perform the
function.
