Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsThe following functions of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission are prescribed functions of the Chief Executive Medicare:
(a) processing claims for compensation under Chapter 6 of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 or section 16 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Defence - related Claims) Act 1988 ;
(b) making payments for those claims.
