Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The function of the Aged Care Secretary under section 9 - 3 (obligation to give information relevant to payments) of the Aged Care Act is a prescribed function of the Chief Executive Medicare.
(2) To avoid doubt, in performing the prescribed function , the Chief Executive Medicare may request an approved provider to give specified information to the Chief Executive Medicare.
