Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This section is made for the purposes of section 33A of the Act.
(2) Each of the following class of contracts of insurance is declared to be a class of contracts in relation to which Division 4 of Part IV of the Act applies:
(a) a home buildings insurance contract;
(b) a home contents insurance contract.
(3) In this Division, prescribed contract and potential prescribed contract ha ve the same mean ings as in section 33A of the Act.
