Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsThe following class of contracts of insurance is declared to be a class of contracts in relation to which Division 1 of Part V of the Act applies, namely, contracts that provide insurance cover (whether or not the cover is limited or restricted in any way) in respect of one or more of the following:
(a) loss of, or damage to, a motor vehicle;
(b) liability for loss of, or damage to, property caused by or resulting from impact of a motor vehicle with some other thing;
where the insured or one of the insureds is a natural person.
