IMPORTED FOOD CONTROL REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 13

    The Minister may, in an order under section   10, classify food of a particular kind as surveillance food if food of that kind:

  (a)   is not risk food; and

  (b)   is not compliance agreement food; and

  (c)   is not the subject of a holding order.
