Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies in relation to a regulated timber product that is partially made from recycled material.
(2) The due diligence requirements prescribed in Divisions 2 and 3 do not apply to that part of the regulated timber product that is prescribed by section 6 as exempt.
