INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS (PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES) (CONFERENCE OF THE PARTIES TO THE UNITED NATIONS FRAMEWORK CONVENTION ON CLIMATE CHANGE) REGULATIONS 2022 - REG 6

    For the purposes of subparagraph   6(1)(a)(i) of the Act, the Conference of the Parties:

  (a)   is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

  (b)   is capable, in its corporate name, of:

  (i)   entering into contracts; and

  (ii)   acquiring, holding and disposing of real and personal property; and

  (iii)   instituting, and being a party to, legal proceedings.
