INSOLVENCY PRACTICE RULES (BANKRUPTCY) 2016 - RULE 110.1

    In this Division:

"amending Rules" means the Insolvency Practice (Bankruptcy) Amendment Rules   2022 .

"commencement day" means the day on which the amending Rules commence.
