Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A meeting directed to be convened under section 75 - 15 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Bankruptcy) must be held as soon as reasonably practicable.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if, under the Act or these Rules, it is not reasonable for the trustee to comply with the direction to convene the meeting.
