INTERNATIONAL WAR CRIMES TRIBUNALS REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 9

    A magistrate may:

  (a)   administer an oath to a person appearing as a witness before the magistrate; and

  (b)   examine the witness on oath.

Note:   Under section   2B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 , oath includes affirmation, declaration and promise.
