MUTUAL ASSISTANCE IN BUSINESS REGULATION REGULATIONS 1992 - REG 4

    For the purposes of the definition of Commonwealth regulator in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the following authorities of the Commonwealth are prescribed:

  (a)   Australian Competition and Consumer Commission;

  (b)   Australian Prudential Regulation Authority;

  (c)   Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
