Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Minister may, in writing, delegate to an APS employee in the Department any or all of the Minister's functions and powers under this Part, other than a power to make, vary or revoke a legislative instrument.
(2) In performing functions and exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Minister.
