MIGRATION REGULATIONS 1994 - REG 2.25AD

  (1)   For the purposes of subsection   76E(1) of the Act, the following conditions are prescribed:

  (a)   condition 8617;

  (b)   condition 8618;

  (c)   condition 8620;

  (d)   condition 8621.

  (2)   For the purposes of subsection   76E(4) of the Act, regulation   2.25AB is prescribed.
