Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A decision to cancel a visa (other than a decision of a kind referred to in subsection 338(4) of the Act) must be reviewed immediately by the Tribunal on receipt by it of an application for review of the decision.
(2) The Tribunal must give notice of its decision in respect of
an application for review to the applicant as soon as practicable.
