MARRIAGE REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 60

    For the purposes of paragraph   39I(2)(b) of the Act, a marriage celebrant may be required to undertake any one or more of the following:

  (a)   one or more professional development activities that are set out in a statement in force under subsection   53(3);

  (b)   a Certificate IV in Celebrancy;

  (c)   a celebrancy qualification;

  (d)   a unit of a qualification mentioned in paragraph   (b) or (c).

Note:   A marriage celebrant must comply with any disciplinary measures taken against the marriage celebrant under section   39I of the Act: see paragraph   39G(1)(ba) of the Act.
