MARRIAGE REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 79

    For the purposes of paragraph   74(1)(c) of the Act, each party to a marriage proposed to be solemnised under Part   V of the Act must make a declaration as to the following matters:

  (a)   if the party is 18 or older--that matter;

  (b)   otherwise--the party's date of birth and that an order has been made under section   12 of the Act in relation to the party.
