Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subsection 80(5).
Penalty: 2 penalty units.
(2) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person is given a notice under subsection 80(7); and
(b) the person fails to comply with the notice.
Penalty: 2 penalty units.
(3) Section 15.4 of the Criminal Code (extended geographical jurisdiction--category D) applies to an offence against subsection (1) or (2).
