MILITARY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION REGULATIONS 2020 - REG 10

    For the purposes of paragraph   ( b) of the definition of number of days in subsection   1 96(3) of the Act, the number of days for a cadet is:

  (a)   if the cadet is engaged in paid employment--the number of days the cadet normally works in a week; or

  (b)   otherwise--5 days.
