MILITARY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION REGULATIONS 2020 - REG 18

    For the purposes of paragraph   ( b) of the definition of number of days in subsection   1 96(3) of the Act, the number of days for a declared member is:

  (a)   if the member is on career transition assistance--5 days; or

  (b)   if paragraph   ( a) does not apply, and the member is engaged in paid employment--the number of days the member normally works in a week; or

  (c)   if neither paragraph   ( a) nor (b) applies--5 days.
